To schedule a new appointment, either download and open the Carbon Health app or visit our homepage. If booking through our app, tap "Get Care." If booking on our website, please visit: https://carbonhealth.com/get-care/workplace-health.

Are walk-ins available?

Walk-ins are always welcome at our locations.  To find a location close to you or make a same-day appointment, please visit [carbonhealth.com/locations](https://carbonhealth.com/locations), or [download](https://carbonhealth.com/download) and open the Carbon Health app.

Question 3

I'm running late to my appointment. Can I still be seen?

Accepted Answer

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an urgent care clinic or 10 minutes late to a primary care clinic, your appointment will be canceled. If you show up after your appointment time, the clinic may still be able to see you; however, you will likely have to wait to be seen by a provider.
